INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

The Master Builders Association of the ACT (MBA) plays a large part in the professional development of the company. The MBA greatly assists the company to:

• Be proactive in regards work safety
  
• Be innovative in all areas of building & business
  
• Remain compliant to constantly changing legislation
  

Simon has been involved with the MBA for the past seventeen years completing most of his formal

raining including:

• Certificate III in General Construction (Carpentry)
  
• Certificate IV in Contract Management
  
• Diploma of Building & Construction (Building)
  
• Removal & Supervision of Asbestos (Non-friable)

THE COMPANY

 The company of SIMON LETTE Builders was established in 2010 to complete projects that higher degree of attention to detail in service and product.

The name - SIMON LETTE Builders was chosen because Simon is proud to put his name to all his work and the work that his team does. There is no hiding behind a trading name. Simon takes the responsibility for the product and service.

In order to maintain a higher degree of quality, the company generally runs only one project at a time

Our success is measured by two main things:

      1.  A safe work record

      2. The satisfaction of our clients who refer us and use us for repeat work 

THE PEOPLE

The people for our projects includes the equally important team members of the customer, employees, subcontractors & suppliers.

Customers - Our customers include young families, empty nesters, retirees, business owners & architects. Our customers regularly included Judd Studio (Nathan Judd), BWA (Ben Walker) and the Governments NDIS

Employee - Simon Lette initially spent five years in the residential building sector and then five years

in the commercial building sector, with two very different Canberra builders who where both highly

regarded in their sectors. A proud Canberran and passionate about the developing city. He enjoys,

like most Canberrans, escaping to the South Coast.

Employee - Andrew Bartell is the first person on site everyday and last to leave. He is young, fit,

energetic and has other qualities too long to list that are ideal to a building project. Andrew is an

adventurer in his spare time and plays social sports in between

Sub-Contractors - Over time we have managed to build up a team of subcontractors that are

specialists in there fields.

Suppliers - Our preference is for local suppliers of which we

have built strong relationships with. Many of these suppliers have

nation wide contacts and are able to source any materials required and distribute them
